Tippi Toes® Dance Maple Grove is always accepting enrollment for classes!

We are excited to bring the Twin Cities & suburbs an exciting and nurturing dance program for boys and girls ages 18 months to 8+ years old that promotes self-confidence, healthy habits and dance fun!  We offer classes in Parent/Child Creative Movement, Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Hip Hop and more.  We love to dance, use our imagination and boogie!

What We’re About:
Our weekly 45 minute dance classes provide children (both girls and boys) ages 18 months through 8+ years of age an opportunity to fuel their creativity, build imagination, and sharpen both their motor and cognitive skills. The goal in every kid-friendly, high energy Tippi Toes® class is to increase self-confidence, encourage healthy living habits, and influence positivity and manners through the joy of motion and self-expression: all while having FUN!

Weekly and monthly lesson plans are presented in class and dancers are sent home each week with various dance steps to practice. We make it a priority to connect dancers with each other and fellow families through dancing. We use Original music produced by Tippi Toes® and dancers can take the music home to practice or just to listen to!  Other Tippi Toes® merchandise is always available for purchase through our website such as Tippi Toes® clothing, personalized decals, and even ballet shoes. You can look forward to mini-performances throughout the year as well as an annual end-of-year recital.

Attire: Tippi Toes® encourages dancers to wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing or a dance leotard. Ballet shoes are recommended but not required.

Available Classes

Toddler & Me - 18 months up to 3 years
Music, movement, balance and basic dance steps are introduced in a fun, friendly and positive manner. Our teachers will keep the music and curriculum moving along, while parents take an active role in encouraging, supporting and keeping the little dancer on track.

Tiny Toes - 2 1/2 up to 3 1/2 years
This class is a wonderful transition between Toddler & Me and Ballet, Tap & Jazz class.  Music, movement, balance and basic dance steps are introduced in a fun, friendly and positive manner.  The dancers do not have mom, dad or another loved one by their side during the class, so this class is great for children who will be able to participate in class on their own.  Our teachers will keep the class moving along in a fun, positive and age-appropriate manner.

Tippi Toes® Class – 3 1/2 up to 5 years
Move and groove to the Tippi Toes beat in this fun and energetic Jazz/Tap/Ballet & Creative Movement class.  Tippi Toes incorporates an even mix of the three types of dance over the 45 minute class time using high-energy music and choreography.

Hip Hop/Jazz - 5 up to 12 years
Your Diva-in-Training will love learning the latest moves and choreography to today’s popular music. Tippi Toes makes it a priority to provide extremely tasteful, clean, age-appropriate Hip Hop/Jazz material.

Tippi Toes® Faculty:

Our instructors are carefully selected with our young dancers’ safety and well-being in mind. Teachers must be fun loving, energetic, and encouraging. They possess a combination of dance, education, and theatrical experience and share a common passion – working with children of all ages. Background checks are obtained for all staff members to ensure safety for all.
